Author's Description:

We have a violin-playing Darth Vader character here in BC. I’ve only seen him in Victoria when I was there with my best pal and mom for a conference. Aside from the things that travel books boast about, there are so many things to see around Victoria, including street performers from mimes, to clowns, to fire-throwers, to comedians, to musicians — band wannabees and characters. I cannot imagine being bored in this city if you’re really out to have some fun and be surprised.

Tidbits:

Did you know that Victoria is the capital city of BC? Some people think it’s Vancouver. Also, James Cook was the first non-aboriginal man to set foot on Vancouver Island, and in British Columbia. He came from a trip to Kauai, Hawaii as the first European to visit the Islands. I didn’t know that either.
